I didn't receive my order yet

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is shipped ( if you didn't receive this, please check your junk mail). In this email an estimated delivery time is given. If you are still within this estimated time, then please be patient and don't worry. If the estimated time has expired please contact your customer service by using the contact form.

I received the wrong / broken products.

Unfortunately it can happen that you receive a broken or wrong item. Please follow the instructions to solve the problem.

  1. Make a picture of the shipping package.
  2. Make a picture of the broken item. If its an electronic product, please make a video and show us what is not working.
  3. To contact us, use the contact form and upload the requested media
  4. Our customer service will get back to you asap offering a solution
